We live and work in the town of Kisii, Kenya (which is located in the southwestern corner of Kenya), 50 miles north of the border of Tanzania and 50 miles east of Lake Victoria. Kisii town is south of the equator and is at the elevation of approximately 6,500 feet above sea level.
Kisii town has a population of 85,000; and it is the major city for the Kisii tribe, which has a population of 1.5 million people. Kisii is the second most densely populated area in the country, next to the Capital city of Nairobi; and it is the third economic center in the country.
